incredible customer service

I had a small issue with the rubber band on my fidlock. The team here replaced my rubber band with no questions asked.

broken rubber band

This is definitely a good product and great idea but it broke as soon as I tried to use it. The piece to attach to my belt is great, no issues, but it's not what I bought it for. I want to be able to attach it to my shoulder strap. However, the rubber band broke the first time I tried to attach it.

bottle on my belt
