Sea Otter Passport Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Passport Giveaway ("Giveaway"), organized by Fidlock USA, is open to attendees of The Sea Otter Classic 2025 who reside in the continental United States. Employees, representatives, and agents of Fidlock USA, Michelin North America, Inc., Pivot Cycles, Jamis Bikes, TRP Components, ABUS, Boyd Cycling, Zink Bike, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
To enter, attendees must:
Obtain a Passport Giveaway card from a participating booth.
Complete the designated challenge at each participating booth to earn a stamp.
Collect all required stamps.
Scan the QR code on the passport card and submit their email address for a chance to win.
Submit the completed passport at any participating booth by 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
3. Prize Drawing & Notification:
Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries.
Winners will be announced on Fidlock USA’s social media and contacted via email Sunday, April 13, 2025.
If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners must provide their shipping address upon winning to receive their prize.
4. Consent to Marketing Communications:
By entering this Giveaway, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Fidlock USA, Michelin North America, Inc., Pivot Cycles, Jamis Bikes, TRP Components, ABUS, Boyd Cycling, and Zink Bike. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time through the respective brand’s opt-out procedures.
5. Use of Personal Information:
Personal information collected during the Giveaway, including email addresses, will be shared with all participating brands and used for marketing purposes. Fidlock USA and participating brands will not sell or distribute participant information to any third party outside of this agreement.
6. General Terms:
No purchase is necessary to enter.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Giveaway organizer, Fidlock, and participating brands reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
By participating, entrants agree to release Fidlock USA, Michelin North America, Inc., Pivot Cycles, Jamis Bikes, TRP Components, ABUS, Boyd Cycling, and Zink Bike from any liability related to the Giveaway or use of prizes.
The entrant acknowledges that each participating brand is sponsoring prizes and therefore responsible for handling any prize-related issues for their respective sponsored prize. None of the brands shall be liable for the prize of any other brand.
