30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase. Items eligible for refunds must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original, re-saleable condition with all retail packaging intact. We do not offer exchanges. 


Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@fidlock.us to request a return (including your order number).

  2. Please don’t ship items without authorization – unauthorized returns will be sent back.

  3. Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.

  4. Funds typically post within 7 business days, depending on your bank, and may take up to 10 additional business days to appear in your statement.

  5. You’ll get an email when we receive your return and another when your refund is approved and processed.


Outlet Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; outlet items are final sale.


Gifts:

  • If your order is shipped directly as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once the item is returned.

  • If not marked as a gift and sent to the purchaser, the refund goes to the original buyer.


Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check your bank account and contact your card issuer first – processing times vary.
